Bank and credit union transfers dominate Windsor's July deed filings

Windsor recorded 11 property transfers between July 3 and Aug. 1, per Northern Berkshire Registry of Deeds data. Only two of the 11 disclosed a sale price -- $50,000 and $167,000 -- producing a median of $108,500 based on those two figures alone. The month's highest-priced transaction was 1120 North St., sold for $167,000 on July 15 by David D. and Colleen D. Guillette to Greylock Federal Credit Union; the same address changed hands again July 27 back to a Guillette family group, price undisclosed. Nine of the 11 transfers involved a bank, credit union or mortgage-registration entity as buyer or seller.
