The month's highest-value transaction was the $350,100 transfer of 1340 North St. from Robert George Baillargeon Jr. and Karenanne Kelly Baillargeon to Guild Mortgage Co LLC and Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems Inc. With 11 of 14 transfers lacking a reported price, the available data offers only a partial view of Windsor's August housing market.
