Windsor Deed Filings Show 14 Transfers, Few Prices Disclosed
Windsor recorded 14 property transfers from July 31 through Aug. 29, but only three deeds disclosed a sale price. Prices ranged from $25,000 for an Aug. 5 transfer at 449 High St Hill Rd. to $350,100 for an Aug. 11 transfer at 1340 North St., with a median of $195,700 among the three disclosed sales. The month's highest-value transaction was the $350,100 transfer of 1340 North St. from Robert George Baillargeon Jr. and Karenanne Kelly Baillargeon to Guild Mortgage Co LLC and Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems Inc. With 11 of 14 transfers lacking a reported price, the available data offers only a partial view of Windsor's August housing market.
