Windsor deed filings show wide price gap between $25,000 and $167,000 sale
The Northern Berkshire Registry of Deeds recorded 15 Windsor property transactions between July 10 and Aug. 8, but only three disclosed a sale price: $25,000, $50,000 and $167,000, for a median of $50,000. The period's top recorded sale was 1120 North St. for $167,000, sold by David D. and Colleen D. Guillette to Greylock Federal Credit Union. High Street Hill Road and North Street each saw multiple filings. Most records, including several bank and mortgage-related transfers, did not list a price, so the disclosed figures reflect only a partial slice of the month's activity.
