Eight property deeds were recorded in Windsor from Sept. 25 to Oct. 24, but only two carried a sale price so far: $413,707 for 2241 Rte 9 and $30,000 for 1130 Main Dalton Road, putting the median at $221,853 across those two. The other six deeds, including transactions on Route 9, Access Road, Old Route 9, North Street and a family transfer between Bird relatives, have no price on file yet, which is typical for recently recorded deeds. Four of the eight deeds involved banks or mortgage entities as a buyer or seller. With most prices still pending, the data does not yet support a clear read on overall market tone this period.
