Windsor Home Sales Range From $25,000 To $425,000 As Most Prices Go Undisclosed

Windsor recorded 16 property transfers between July 17 and Aug. 15, but only four listed a sale price. Among those, prices ranged from $25,000 to $425,000, with a median of $200,050. The period's top sale was 1130 Main Dalton Road, which sold for $425,000 on Aug. 14. North Street and High Street Hill Road saw the most recorded filings, including several trust transfers and bank-related mortgage discharges. With 12 of 16 transfers undisclosed on price, the data does not support a read on overall market direction this period.
