High Street Hill Road saw the heaviest recording activity, with six entries across three addresses. With 11 of 15 transactions carrying no price recorded yet, and several involving banks, credit unions or family trusts rather than conventional sales, underlying market conditions are difficult to characterize from deed data alone.
