Windsor records 10 deeds in one month, but sale prices disclosed in just two
Windsor recorded 10 property deeds between Aug. 14 and Sept. 12, but only two disclosed a sale price: $195,700 and $300,000, for a median of $247,850. The month's top disclosed sale was 505 Bates Road at $300,000, sold by Donald F. Briggs Jr. and Sharon A. Briggs to Greylock Federal Credit Union. Two addresses, 834 East Windsor Road and 449 High St Hill Rd, saw more than one recorded transfer within the period, and several deeds involved banks, mortgage companies or trust transfers rather than disclosed arm's-length sales. With most transactions lacking pricing data, the period's overall market direction cannot be determined from available records.
