Windsor recorded 10 property transfers in October, but only three carried a sale price so far: $30,000, $313,875 and $413,707, for a median of $313,875. The top transaction was 2241 Route 9 at $413,707, sold by Paul Jacob and Ashley Emerson to Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems Inc. and Guild Mortgage Co. LLC. Several filings involved banks or credit unions as buyers or sellers, and one transfer, among Bird family members, was for nominal consideration and not a market sale. With most prices still pending at the registry, October's market tone cannot yet be fully assessed from the available data.
