LLC and Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems Inc. North Street saw the most recording activity, with three deeds across two addresses. Six of the 13 filings involved a bank, credit union or mortgage company as grantor or grantee, and two were transfers within the same family or to a trust. With most recordings lacking price data, the period offers limited insight into broader pricing trends.
