Windsor sees 13 deeds recorded in August, but few reveal a price

Windsor recorded 13 property deeds between Aug. 7 and Sept. 5, but only three disclosed a sale price: $195,700, $300,000 and $350,100, for a median of $300,000. The month's top disclosed sale was 1340 North St. at $350,100, sold by Robert George Baillargeon Jr. and Karenanne Kelly Baillargeon to Guild Mortgage Co. LLC and Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems Inc. North Street saw the most recording activity, with three deeds across two addresses. Six of the 13 filings involved a bank, credit union or mortgage company as grantor or grantee, and two were transfers within the same family or to a trust. With most recordings lacking price data, the period offers limited insight into broader pricing trends.
