TOP SALES The month's highest recorded transaction was 775 North St., which sold July 1 for $340,000; sellers Kurt J. and Gail Murawski conveyed the property to Adams Community Bank, suggesting a lender-involved transaction. At 141 Hinsdale Rd., Stephen L. Bird II and Sita L. Bird sold to Greylock Federal Credit Union for $265,000 on July 1, another transfer to a financial institution. The third disclosed-price sale, 515 Shaw Rd., changed hands June 16 for $65,000, with Chadwick Michael Judge selling to Robert Zaniboni.
